Four steps describe how a commission unfolds. One step waits at a time: choosing it brings its part of the room into colour, tells you what happens at that stage, and offers you the step that follows. The fourth completes the room.

Step one
We begin by listening. A series of unhurried conversations — many hours, across several sittings, with you and with the people who share your story — until we're confident we can tell the best version of the wonderful life you have lived.
Step two
Our team comes to you and gathers everything you give us access to: documents, photographs, the videos taken over the years, letters, keepsakes. We make secure digital copies of them to store, so you'll never have to wonder where they are anymore.
Step three
Over the four to six weeks that follow, our team of expert craftsmen and designers transform your life stories into beautiful objects that tell your story. Whether it's a hardcopy book, a website, a mobile app or any other physical form, we give you something that ensures you get to relive your best memories whenever you want.
Step four
We sit down with you and your family, present everything we have made, walk through the life stories together, and show you how to live with the objects that now hold them.
